wreaked of stale cigarette smoke It was just awful, the room, bed air wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. You couldnt escape it. They never even came in to straighten out the room.The room was very small, I could not imagine an 'extended stay' there under any circumstance. There was no real services. The shower had good pressure but there was no counter space for make up It was just bad bad bad

worst hotel ever well this hotel is terrible to say the least maybe the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Let me start off the 1st room they gave us was dirty and nasty. we checked in around 6:00pm and the room wasn't clean there were dirty dishes in the dish washer. garbage was never changed. the sheets on the bed were dirty and not clean my daughter found a cigarette butt in her bed. Never Again I knew things were bad when I walked into the hallway and the hotel smelled similar to a hockey locker room. The rooms themselves are decent size and have nice amenities such as a kitchenette. Beds are bearable, but don't expect pillow top. I found at least 4 long strands of hair in the bathtub (I'm a dude with short hair and was traveling alone), which means that they didn't clean it from the last person. Avoid this place The hotel need to be remodeled...the hallways smell,the carpets are worn and there are always seem to be strange people lurking around the lobby and exits.

Pass it by! Needs the remodeling that their TV ads proclaim. Without going into great detail this place is tired. Candle wood is a better choice.

It took forever for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived to check in. It was very messy outside, aside from them redoing the lawn outside the hotel it wasnt very inviting. The inside had an awkward smell to it. The bed sheets were on inside out when I pulled the covers back. It just wasn't a pleasant stay.

Very poor front desk service I purchased 3 1-night stay rooms using Hotels.com. Upon arriving, I was unable to locate the front desk clerk. I rang the bell and called out loud for assistance for approximately 10 minutes before using my cell phone to call the hotel. After two cell phone calls, each which rang several times and went to voicemail, I tried the night phone in the entrance foyer. Not Clean. Found a dirty sock and some trash under edge of bed when we pulled blankets back. Complained to front desk and received no offer to clean the room or any compensation. No front desk services before 7:00am. Pool is VERY small. Continental breakfast is only M-F, not On weekends. Will not be using this hotel again.
