A Dump! The entire place smelled like a giant cigarette yet I was told I had to sign a mandatory $250 possible fine for smoking. “We don’t smoke.” I was told too bad sign it. We left before midnight to find somewhere else to stay. The carpet was permeated with a sticky staining substance so we couldn’t take our shoes off. Staff and customers were outside our window playing loud music, grilling, and smoking. I’ll never go back.

We had to change rooms because the tv was broken. No big deal and i was discounted for the inconvenience so that was a bonus. I could not change the temperatue in the room and it was freezing. The beds were not very comfortable but we made do. And I was not impressed with the cleanliness. Overall for the money it wasnt terrible, but will be looking for other options my next visit to the area.

Worst experience EVER. We got here and tried to check in and was given a room without a pull out couch when we specifically booked one with a pullout couch. After getting a new room and room key we went to the second room and it was FILTHY. The bed had been slept in, pillows thrown all over it, dirty used soap and towels in the bathroom and trash on the floor. Their was an odor that never seemed to go away trash was on the ground outside stairwell needs To be swept and mop

This hotel was very dirty. The room was dirty and the bed had stains on the sheets.

Would not suggest this location My visa transaction information was not handled correctly and as result wrong card was charged on my account and correct card was charged same night for full amount before my credit was applied. I was charged for the full reservation after I was told we would get one night for free due to their mistake. At this time I've paid full price for our stay twice and three days later still no credit back on the incorrect account charged. Very poor customer service skill set all across the board there.
