The Pleasant staff was a Great PLUS.. the issue with people loitering in the parking lot was handled Professionally

Pesimo el servicio del personal. Uno hace una reserva con anterioridad y al llegar me toco esperar casi una hora mas de lo normal y aparte en el lobby nunca habia personal las llaves del cuarto cada que salia y regresaba me tocaba buscar alguien del aseo para que me abriera el cuarto y para rematar alguien sin licencia me le dio tremendo golpe al carro y nadie sabe nada

Horrible experience My experience was not to pleasent. Even though I am grateful I was given an early check in. I would of much rather not, the room was not to my liking as far as cleanliness. The bathroom had glass on the floor and my sister got cut on her foot. The desk chair was dirty with some type of stickiness. I went to the front desk to let make them aware and the front desk and the front desk employee just stared at me and my sister and said oh wow, are u ok?
