Avoid! Needs updating, less than clean, and the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke!

I will never stay here again I thought I got out of the military and military style rooms. No comfort what so ever. It was a room. That was it. No shampoo in the rooms. My toilet was dirty when i checked in, there was trash under the AC. The people who stayed there were borderline welfare recepients. My fault for letting my company pick the cheapest hotel in the area. Never again.

Extended Stay Hotel I walked into the hotel room to find the lightswitch "sticky", the carpeting with quite a few stains, the otomon was actually torn in several places, and the bathroom was dirty with several items on the floor. The bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned. I decisively and quickly checked out.

Won't stay here again... The location of the property and surrounding neighborhood is great, but the room was not as clean as it should have been and the pillows were paper thin. Front desk support is nonexistent after a certain time. I would not recommend this property for families with small children.

Drugs, Hoes, and Pimps Drugs, Pimps and hoes, right across the hall, down the hall, outside, everywhere. - enough said. Still want to stay here? hope you didnt want to sleep!

Terrible I have stayed at an Extended Stay before and was completely impressed. This was a complete disappointment. We did not have any washclothes, we had to go and get them. The hallway smelled like smoke and a dog. The bathroom was not clean and they left an empty box of tissues there. No one was available for questions at all at the front desk. And to top it off, as we were checking out we waited about 20 minutes for the customer service agent to stop yelling and cursing at her boyfriend on the phone so she could collect... read more

Greatly needs improvement There staff is greatly in need of customer service classes. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but there were instructions to phone an extension for assistance. The person on the phone informed me that she was on break, and I would have to wait until her break was finished to check in. I waited 20 or 25 minutes. I requested a room on the second or third floor (I do not like being on the ground floor) and they flatly said no. When I checked out, I requested a copy of the bill/charges... read more
