Poor Night's sleep Hotel is very dated, several things in room needs repair such a piece of stripping on nights stand. Lots of banging doors until 2 am. Very thin walls heard next room microwave buzzer at 130 AM. Very poor excuse for breakfast(a few granola bars and a couple appples. Room smelled stale like old smoked in room.
Dingy Hotel is not well maintained. Cigarette burn hole on bed in non smoking room. Windows were open when I arrived probably airing it out. I could not stay here. Checked out and found a Holiday Inn.

Poor Quality! I was disappointed in the place and the lack of service. Have stayed in other ESA's, but this one needs help!

Nice Room, But Something Else Going On The staff was very nice and the bed was firm. But there was some arrangement between the hotel and the community to let some families in poverty live at the hotel. This made my wife uncomfortable and we won't stay at this hotel again.

terrible stay The room had an odor and was full of nats in the bathroom. The room had a kitchenette but no cups, utensils, bowls, or plates. Maids never came to clean the room or replace the linen until it was time to check out. The room looked nothing like the online pictures. There was supposed to be a hot breakfast. We'll their definition of a hot breakfast was a microwave sandwich. The only good thing about the hotel was...The front desk clerk was nice.

Hotel was ok,but front desk customer service was horrible..i was waiting for 25 minutes couldn't get no help from front desk to check me in..i had o go located the man that was working front desk..& he was in a room with a woman when i located him..it was horrible because i was tired & sleeping..

Ridiculous Upon checking out, i requested a receipt, as I needed to get reimbursed from my employer. The receipt showed an entirely different amount than what I had been charged. I said that I needed a receipt which showed the actual price (HIGHER) that I had paid. The clerk refused to give me a correct receipt, saying that this was correct, although I showed her paperwork noting the higher price that I had paid. She said that it was my problem.
