Horrible stay When checking into the hotel everything was ok until getting to the room. The room was not cleaned, there was trash everywhere, the beds were not made and the TV was still on as if someone was staying in there. The hotel manager looked confused about the room not being cleaned and was only repeating that the computer says the room is clean and couldn't do anything about it since no other rooms where available.
Room was dirty. Pillows had covers with hair on it. Kitchen utensils were not delivered to room even after requesting it

Lesson learned Not at all pleased with the stay and I want be back in this life. The staff was unpleasant at all. First off there guess in my reserved room quote me "I walked in on a couple let's just say they where in bed!" The front desk didn't believe me after proven I was right I was given another room in which there was a price difference and different bedding I was not reimbursed because I paid for my room online threw Hotels.com .
Un safe The hotel was not safe for women to stay alone Elevator reeked of marajua!!
Needs work Not a hotel we will stay at again. We did not even stay the night. The room was dirty and felt like a jail cell. Bad idea with the wood like flooring, drab decor, and yellow lighting. Although the hotel is older there are things that could be changed without super high cost that would make these rooms more welcoming along with better training of housekeeping staff on room cleaning.

Dirty dirty dirty The Health department needs to get in involed. this was the worst hotel stay out of my 15 years using hotels for my trips

the room was nasty! there was vomit on the wall and curtains. service maid don't speak English. and all the stairs have stains. NEVER AGAIN!
The room did not have even a hair dryer. Just one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. The towels smelled and the bed almost had a hole in it. I could not even get a receipt on checking out. This place is really a scam.
Old hotel in need of updating. Dingy, dark Smell of food cooking in other rooms was overwhelming in my room at midnight. The room met my need for a place to sleep for a few hours that night, it was clean, but no amenities, there was not even a cup in the room for water in the bath. Certainly in need of update.
