My hotel rooms were not clean and had trouble checking in. When I arrived I was told I did not have a room even though I had been charged for the room. I was sent to a sister hotel only to be told I would have to go back to the original. My rooms were not clean, furniture was worn, breakfast was very limited and the front desk staff was rude.

the extended stay deluxe Durham NC RTP The hotel was nice but the room was kind of small and the staff was very rude. It was the worst service I have recieved at a hotel.

Grubby & Tired On arrival I was allocated the furthest room from reception, but as there are loads of access doors from the parking lot it wouldn't have been a problem except for the fact that the wi-fi router is in reception! I don't know where the room photos on expedia came from, but none of the rooms I saw were anything like the photos. My room was tired, grubby & not cleaned very well. Do not stay in this hotel! Arrived at this hotel, after driving 3 hours. Staff at the desk seemed fine. Received my room key and proceeded to my room on the second floor. The elevator door opens up and I am greeted by mounds and mounds of garbage bags laying on the floor. I proceed to my room. It is dark-ish so I put my lugguge down and leave for dinner. I have to be at Duke Medical Center early in the morning. When I return to the hotel, I notice a note on the exterior door, that THE DOORS DO NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT UNLOCK... read more

A once proud hotel I guess, when this was built, it was pretty cool. But that was some time ago. Picture a mid sized room, carved up into a bathroom, kitchen and some left over space for the bed. Nothing wrong with the room, just kind of thread bare. That being said, I waited at the front desk for 25 minutes, calling on the interior phone and my cell phone, but no one came out.
