Terrible The staff are so rude. My room wasn't ready when I checked in at 7pm. There was hair in the shower, trash under the bed, and it was noisy from 12-2am. Stay away. Stay some where else.

Less than no-thrills in semi-renovated rooms Although the hotel was recently renovated, there are still several problems with this facility, especially the service. First, the getaway breakfast is little more than a wrapped muffin, packaged grits and cereal, and granola bars. There was only sugar, and although on the first day the front desk gave me a sweet and low, on all the days after I was told they had none. I would not stay here again. Not even a hairdryer in the room.
It was terrible and the place was dirty. Housekeeping knocked my door at 9:30am when checkout was at 11:00am and asked me when was I leaving.

Ok hotel In just 10 dollars more you get breakfast and respective staff
Unimpressed Hotel was described as having a complementary breakfast. That only included coffee and 1 type of granola bar. Our room was extemely dirty. Lots of trash and food found around the beds and in the closet. Staff was nice, but usually unable to be found. There was some sort of disturbance at the hotel one evening. There were police officers when we arrived back one evening, and a man in handcuffs right out side our room. If I had not been charged upon arrival, I would have checked out after day one!
Not a pleasant stay Poor service
No rooms available upon check in Service was horrible. Reserved room several days in advance but when we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told That no rooms were available. Eventually spoke with a Regional Manager whom set us up to stay in their last double room after reserving a King. Young guy working the desk with mimimal customer service skills. You'll be sorry. Took forever to check in but the desk clerk was very attentive and nice. She was by herself with many check-ins. Changed rooms because AC didn't work. The AC in the new room worked for about three hours and then conked out. Bed was superbly uncomfortable and super squeaky. Bed noise woke me up every time I moved or changed position. Elevator was filthy and smelled of puke. No soap or shampoo in room. Had to request some and they said that they don't supply shampoo. Very lame breakfast. Overall a horrible hot... read more
