do not stay here Lobby and common areas were not very clean, staff was rude, there were prostitutes in the parking lot area and the breakfast was unacceptable. I registered for 2 adults and the room had only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel to share.and. getting extras was impossible.

Do not stay here. Bath tub was dirty, no soap in the bathroom.

What a disappointment Greeted by a wonderful clerk, (Zohnea), who was very helpful and friendly. Then everything went downhill from there. First room the fan motor from HVAC sounded like a freight train, so was offered 2nd room. Went there and the room HVAC was quiet but the room smelled like a Chinese take out. Never again! No thank you! Front desk staff was great. Quick and easy check-in. Heater in room was broken. All hours of the night/early morning it was very noisy in hallways and outside of window. Someone (NOT HOTEL STAFF) kept knocking on my door beginning at 11:30pm. Couples screaming at each other in the hallways and opening and closing doors very loudly all hours of the night. Babies and small children running through the hallways and crying hysterically at 2am.

Disgusting This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Sheets and comforter were dirty, bathroom was dirty, and there was food and other gross things in the air vent. When asked if I could move rooms. There weren't any available. When asked if I could have my money back, I was told no but they could give me a discount on my next stay. NO THANK YOU!

Terrible hotel. They had no room for me and told me they have a room for me at another extended stay at 3105 Tower Road in Durham. It was 15 miles away in the opposite direction to my appointment next morning. I was told no body called them and I had to fight to get a terrible room at this location. Need my money back and an apology.
