Not that great.. It was terrible. My shower head was busted so I could not use it, and the hair dryer was also broken. I tried to turn up the heat because it was freezing in there and then the fire alarm went off.

it was a okay stay The people at the front desk were Rude some of them ....Topaz was nice and the Hispanic man as well but everyone else was RUDE ....other than the rudeness everything was okay... one more thing the Mexican housekeeper (man) Knocked on the door at 9:00am and asked when was we leaving I love coming here but the staff is running us away
kind of dumpy 1st room I checked into was dirty. The tub was covered in soap scum and the sink was covered in hair as if someone had just shaved. I asked for another room and they put me in one which appeared okay, but much later in the evening I realized it had hair on the toilet seat. It was so late I just washed it with shampoo and kleenex. would not book again all vending machine empty no water or drinks no cups or utensils in room ice bucket just a empty room
convenient Room was disgusting had dirty bed spreads dirty bathroom and kitchen cabinet were filled with spider webs and dirt worse ever.

Ridiculous Management Policy........ The hotel sold my guaranteed, “no refund” room to someone else. I arrived at 12:00 AM and was informed they were "sold out", my room was gone, the hotel was full and the desk attendant said he needed to "check around" to arrange our stay at another location... Do not stay here Booked a non-smoking room, however it reeked of smoke. The desk clerk told us " Currently this is a non-smoking hotel". I'm not sure how currently!! Maybe 15 minutes, Several other guests were also in line to complain about their rooms smelling like cigarettes.
