This property was good value for the money. However, some simple maintenance items were left undone and obvious. The room was clean except that there was a very heavy dusty smell on the two heating/air conditioning units and dust, which could have been vacuumed/dusted off. I would have liked to see a coffee maker in the room along with some dishes, but these were available if one requested.

The hallway leading to room was dirty as it had cigarette butts and food on it. The room and hallway smelled terrible (probably what people cooked for dinner). Slept with windows open to air out room. Room was ok but no sheets for the sleeper couch. Also witnessed a fight in parking lot.

I think the outside property and parking lot could be a lot cleaner. There is a lot of trash and cigarette butts all over the place. I do like this property, however, this time someone from housekeeping was vacuuming the hall right outside my door at 7 am. Not cool!
