No lotion in rooms. Everything else was nice. We was told we would have a shuttle to airport. But when we were ready the shuttle was not available.

The room was perfect in every way! Staff was very helpful and the airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The only gripe I had was when entering my room, there was a wet/old smell that kinda hit you as you walked in the door. Once inside it was not noticeable. Everything else was GREAT!
