Hotel looks great on the outside but is very rundown and not clean. The check in staff was great. The checkout staff may have been new but they were ok as well. I wouldn’t stay here again based on its cleanliness. We were road tripping to Florida and wanted some shut eye. Not worth the price.

The airport shuttle was not as you described Friday is from 6am to 8 pm Our plane arrived at 10 pm and no shuttle when we questioned it after we got back to the hotel is when we found out. Our departure was delayed because the driver had not come to work. The desk made a few calls and got a driver. With exception of one person the staff was very friendly. On the return the 1 elevator was broken and the other on was extremely slow.

Outside property looks good but once inside it all changes.. walkway rug dirty, elevator was filthy, visitor bathroom was horrible.. hallway smelled like cigarettes.. room i stayed needs updating.. broken chairs, hole by bathroom wall, shower curtain holder bent and broken from the wall, showerhead hasnt been cleaned in quite sometime

The room was nice. I didn’t like loud music in hallway. Also the tub was rusty, and the toilet was leaning. As existing the elevator the room wasn’t tapped down

Took over an hour to check in. Upon leaving staff couldnt find the luggage rack so we had to carry all our luggage from 3rd floor.
