Crappy free breakfast and very no airport shuttle availability

There was hair on 3 out of the 4 towels in bathroom. Also hair on the bath mat. Laundry service needs an overhaul.

Dirty facility. Our room needed a deep clean. Fridge needed cleaning outside. Food stuck to the side. Bathroom had hairs in and around the tub. Hours on your website indicated that free airport shuttles were available from 4 am to 2 am which was a major selling point. But when we checked in we were informed that it was not available. We had to pay $18 for a taxi. Disappointed!
