Dirty hand towel, no sheets or covers for sofa bed, dirty tub... The gentleman at the desk was great, but working alone.

Great customer service!! Was able to check in early because of a flight cancellation. The free airport shuttle was very quick to pick me up from the airport! Would definitely stay here again if I ever have to be in Raleigh in the future!

The staff was very friendly and they worked really hard to make your safe good. Thanks staff! But the guest they had Saturday were the worst. I would never stay at this location again due to the guest.

The staff was friendly and helpful... the room was big and comfortable... close to airport and restaurants. They provided a kithenette which helped with food costs. It was an overall amazing experience and I would definitely Stay there again. Turner was especially helpful. Nice job Turner.
