No cups or ice bucket in room. Bathroom faucet broken. TV did not work correctly. Carpet needed cleaning.

It was clean. I had an issue regarding checkout that took a lot of my time that I didn’t appreciate but it got worked out.

Hotel looks nice from the outside; inside it is a beige nightmare. No color, carpet tatty and worn, crappy pillows.

The staff was nice and accommodating. We had to move out of our first room because the AC was literally screaming at us. The second room smelled of smoke but it was late and we were way too tired to move again, especially with a 9 month old. I called the front desk and let them know. There was hair in our towels still and I guess housekeeping forgot to take care of the trash because it was all still in our room.

Nothing more nothing less You get what you pay for!! Evacuated because of hurricane just needed to be safe. Carpet throughout hotel smelled stale and dirty. Pet friendly hotel and pet fur was everywhere.!! All over chairs and couch in room. Not sure about housekeeping rules, but we stayed 5 nights and would have been nice to have a broom to sweep floor. Overall very basic but beds was comfortable and it fulfilled purpose of trip.
