Hotel was decent however the pool has been dwn since ive checked in...so don't count on going swimming

Happen to be on our way. Asked for towels and never received them. Only coffee and breakfast bars and muffins for the continental breakfast.

we booked two doubles and sofa bed and they gave us a queen bed with sofa bed. After informing them this wasn't the room we booked, the did switch rooms for us. However the a/c in the second room didn't work properly. By the time we realized that it didn't change temp settings, it was already the middle of the night so we unplugged it. Upon checkout, the next shift receptionist tried to charge us for the second room because the previous receptionist had not fixed it the night before. Pool was not in service and I had to wait 15 mins to check in because Hotel staff was not available at front desk.
