Excellent place to stay overall I set up a reservation during the hurricane for a Sunday and it was still recognized and my room is clean had everything I needed in it Hotel staff was very nice and they had been very busy due to the hurricane I needed extra towels and Turner and employee there came to my rescue all the staff here is very friendly Loretta is wonderful at checking everyone in with a smile even under stress Joe is a wonderful manager I would not want to stay at another hotel this is simply the best one to stay ... read more

Around everything you can possibly need great plac I needed to be someone close to the highway as I had a busy day the next day I was able to be right off the highway here which made it convenient very near to restaurants no matter what kind you like is there is something very close by also close to all the shopping you could possibly want to do not far from Southpoint mall this whole deal hotel is ideal got everything I need

Wonderful hotel what makes this hotel wonderful are the people that work here their diligence and their pride in their work and making this hotel the best that it can be has really paid off because it is the best hotel I've ever stayed at . The staff here are very nice they make sure the guests have everything that they need the price Fair and there are lots of choices of where to eat things to do in the local area

Hidden surprises.....ijs Overall our stay was ok. We got a late check-in so we were unable to fully enjoy what all the hotel had to offer. However once in our room we found dirty panties in the trash can (pantiliner still attached), food in the fridge, pillows were used and stained and not enough towels. It appears that either housekeeping dropped the ball or either someone was using that room.....in the meantime, between time. Ijs We were moved to another room but none the less, we were disturbed by what we found.

5 stars + Overall very pleasant experience!! Clean and comfortable, not to mention by far the best value around. The highlight was the customer service. Juliet at the front desk is the friendliest, most professional customer service oriented associate I have met. She truly is the ideal employee and hopefully her worth is realized and appreciated by management/owners.

first time at this brand of hotel and my last to be fair i stay at this hotel because of hurricane Irma. I had to leave my home in south florida and find and hotel in north carolina that would take dogs. This hotel was just one of few that still had rooms and take pets. I was not familiar with the modus operandi. When i got there they told me that they didn't have the rrom i had booked. they don't clean the rooms daily, dont offer change of towels unless you bring your dirty ones to the lobby and exchange them for new ones. ... read more

Too much noise , no smoking room smelling terrible I asked for a no smoking room and everything was smelling so bad , of course that room was not used as a no Smocking room. I was able to hear absolutely every conversation in the other rooms and even private sounds!! OMG that was the worst!!!
