Decent size rooms, close proximity to RTP The room was nice, clean and good for business travel. The pool/courtyard was well kept and parking was good.

Nice enough, but a little polish might help. Overall nice. Outdoor pool obviously no-go in colder months, and no spa. Fitness equipment very limited due to space. Lack of the usual expected breakfast items can be forgiven for the slightly lower price with good space. Why, however, have a stove in the kitchenette with nothing to cook with? The microwave is like an Easy-Bake oven, so having an alternate means of cooking - a frying pan and pot, for example - would be helpful, especially if one WAS staying for an actual EXTENDED... read more

Quiet Hotel Excellent hotel to stay great service ever. The cleanest hotel I have seen for the amount I pay. The employees was outstanding they go all the way to help their guest

Easy to access One of the larger Extended Stay Americas I have stayed at. Very nice facility, clean, quiet and great access to the Durham and RTP area. Lovely pool area.
North Carolina was great I left the other for this one and i was very happy with the room & the hotel it was up to and very clean

Excellent Value ! Great clean room, ice cold air, excellent value. Only negative would be the water pressure in shower was very poor. Other that that, great deal. Lady at desk was super helpful. Definitely would stay again !
Hotel was good, clean w/kitchen, not much for a gym if you want that on an extended stay. I was satisfied with the place.
