Not terrible for a budget. It is an extended stay hotel, so there seem to be a number of people that live there. They do all the same things they would do at their home, like get loud and drunk or attempt to cook food at 3:45 am setting off the smoke detector. It wasn't bad, as it was just me.. but I'd be upset if it was a family trip or if I absolutely needed to get a good nights sleep for a meeting the next morning. Nice little studio style rooms. Quiet and clean. Low end fixtures and flooring but fine for short stays.

The first thing I noticed was a condom wrapper on the window sill and an empty liquor bottle on the floor. Bathtub was dirty The 2 towels and washcloths were not in the best shape

Not my cup of tea As a female staying alone, I would not really stay I felt comfortable here. My room had a smell of old mold and cigarettes mixed together. The shower still had someone else's hair on the tile. The stovetop looked nasty as well.

Good value for budget hotel Good value. Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient, safe location. However, hotel staff not overly friendly or helpful, continental breakfast very bare bones, and rooms only have bath towels and washcloths - no hand towels.

Good deal, nice staff Overall, it was good. There were a couple of issues with noise and there were no dishes or cooking items available but otherwise, no complaints.
