5 stars + Overall very pleasant experience!! Clean and comfortable, not to mention by far the best value around. The highlight was the customer service. Juliet at the front desk is the friendliest, most professional customer service oriented associate I have met. She truly is the ideal employee and hopefully her worth is realized and appreciated by management/owners.

Difficult Upon arrival check in was fast and friendly. There were no luggage carts to be found so we had to make multiple trips in and out during a storm. There was inadequate linen in the room. 3 towels, 2 washcloths for 5 people. No linen for the sleeper sofa.

Nice restaurant walking distance. Everything was good except room kinda smell like smokes. And shuttle doesn't run between 10pm am 6am

last minute hotel needed i needed a hotel booked at the last minute. easy booking. quick check-in. only stayed overnight so no complaints. room was clean enough. i did run out of toilet paper. but overall not a bad place to stay if you need somewhere to go.
