First room was not made up, mattress was up against the wall. Second room smelled funny, had to make my own bed, bugs, no face towels.

Not a fan People were messy in hallways , chips left smashed over carpet , over a 4 ft radius. Doors propped open all over building for homeless people easy access. Trash out front left by people.

If you like roaches and people that live there like live there I'm talking about like druggies and none of the anemones like dishes for the kitchenette for anything like that broken beds this is the place for you

When I first got there, the place looks a little older.A few people I counted walking to the front desk was nice the lady at the front desk was very very nice and accommodating when we get to our room things changed a little, there was not brown single chair that goes wait couch, only one chair for bar that was pulled out from wall about 3 inches. Horrible experience!!!! No good service, not a clean place. Its very dirty and nasty disgusting ill never be renting this again and i recommend everybody not to do it. Poor quality , no extra towels. No housekeeping at all.!!!!! There are roaches. The bathtub is all messed up. The room smells bad. If i could leave - stars i would!!!!!

The property was nasty and full of roaches. The reservation was for 4 days but the actual stay was less then 4 hours. Check-out with folio (receipt) to validate. The phone number doesn't work and Expedia is upholding standing the nasty vendor. They said they continue to email and there is no redponse from the hotel. What the hell is this type of crap. Im going to look into taking this matter to small ckaims court.

Staff friendly Room dirty The staff was friendly, but our room was filthy. It was a very late, or I would have asked for a different room. Floors were obviously not swept or mopped, spilled gunk, dirt and debris and literal nail clippings everywhere. Hairs all over the tub and sink. The bathroom walls looked like they had old pee spots running down them. The beds were made, but the sheets smelled like fish. The clerk, Gia, explained I would need to cancel through Expedia. After several attempts of calling, they were not able to grant me a refund for a room that I did not stay in. The clerk lied and stated my card was never charged and that no one called while I stood there and told her my card was charged and I heard the phone ringing. I would like to report this clerk. There was trash in the hallways as well, which gave me an unpleasant feeling. If I could give it zero Stars, I would.
