The clerk, Gia, explained I would need to cancel through Expedia. After several attempts of calling, they were not able to grant me a refund for a room that I did not stay in. The clerk lied and stated my card was never charged and that no one called while I stood there and told her my card was charged and I heard the phone ringing. I would like to report this clerk. There was trash in the hallways as well, which gave me an unpleasant feeling. If I could give it zero Stars, I would.

I have pictures of ants all everywhere the room was smelling like dogs been in there and when you said something to the check-in person last night she just ignored but the one tonight she kind of listen the room even smell like smoke like somebody smoke

Our room was dirty and smelled of smoke. As well as being loud. The place was gross!

I came to North Carolina to help a friend move, and we stayed here because she moved early away from her ex. The first thing we experienced was the hotel guests, a lot of them live in this hotel. The lady at the desk was super nice and friendly and that’s where the two star comes from.
