The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathtub was not clean. the tub was chipped. The refrigerator was leaking water. There was a table to eat at if you chose to but, no chairs. No coffee table in the room. Walked in the room and it smelled very musty. The room appeared to me that it was in need of renovation. The room was very much outdated. The electrical outlets near the kitchen above the table, wasn't working. This was my first and last time staying at Extended Stay od America.

GROSS property , walked into my room that had a horrible urine smells (which they knew airing it out windows open) then look on the floor to find half dead Roaches fighting for their lives. Checked out quickly and hit a marriott . Front desk

I’m really surprised Expedia even lists this place. This place should not be open as a hotel. Rather said it should be turned into a shelter. I mean i only stayed due to last minute and it was cheap for the night. But room was a let down. Looked a lot like a shelter room. Hostel like. Flooring was filthy carpet full of women’s hair. The property was in terrible condition! And it had Bugs in the lobby. The check in was so unprofessional. The man checked me in with a Robe on.

Renovations It is absolutely an older hotel, can really use an upgrade. Really needs a new makeover. Tiles not good in the bathroom, nail clippings in the corner. Curtains did not close properly, microwave definitely needs replacing. Remote control did not work, they had no replacements or batteries Refrigerator needs parts. 100% needs to be renovated..
