My heating didn’t work in the room . Room was freezing
The shower rod in my room was broken and it would have been nice to have another blanket in the room.

I was in town for a couple days of business meetings. Facility was comfortable and staff was great and accommodating. Will definitely book again.

The counter in the bathroom had a large stain from a hair coloring. And the fan in the bathroom was crazy loud.

Disappointment for the Price We arrived at the hotel check-in time of 3 pm. We were told the room needs to be cleaned, it will take about 10 or 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, the room was ready but the floor was still wet. Luckily, we were able to dry it with some towels. We have stayed at extended stay hotels before, but never again at this one
