The room was okay. I think I got a smokers room because it smelled like cigarette. Other than that, it was fine.
The gentleman at the desk was very efficient and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean.

Poor housekeeping; dirty floors (elevator, hallways). No one in Housekeeping or Facilities to help with services.
