My suitcase did not make a flight connection and your staff helped by providing a toothbrush and toothpaste the first night and helpful hints and directions to local shopping the next day. Throughout my stay they were very pleasant and helpful.
I had an enjoyable experience at the facility, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
