The staff here are so helpful and friendly. It was a convenient location for us as we were visiting friends in Red Bank and Tinton Falls. The room we stayed in was a little old and the kitchen probably needs to be updated soon but it was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Good for smokers, not so good if not! The bed, pillows and bedding were good. The air worked well. The water pressure was good. There were no kitchen supplies so we did not cook. You have to make your own ice, which worked out ok for us. If you are sensitive to smoke odors, I would not recommend this place. It says NO SMOKING building and there are no smoking signs every where but there is no one policing it. So the whole place just smells like smoke.

nice people but that is it Very mixed experience. The morning desk people Tristan and Linda were supper responsive an very amicable. When we got to the room late at night notice a little noise it happen to be the smoke alarm, night one we were not sure were it was coming from and go out with our business. Night 2 we finally identify that the issue was the smoke detector and that the night person told us we had to deal with it becauae there were no more room and he could do noting. Room did not have any dishes, utensils/silverware, had no coffee maker or tools to use in the kitchen, no plastic water cups, no dish soap.. the fridge was also making a loud clicking sound every few seconds.. Have stayed at dozens of suite-style hotels and have seen the above items in all of them. Isn't that the reason people book suite rooms?! A coffee maker is a basic necessity at the least.
