Hotel Great but Hotels.com only so so. The Hotel, to me, was very good. The room was clean and the staff took care of all my needs. I had to leave a day early, and the staff initially said that the one day would be refunded; however, upon further checking, I was told the refund had to come from Hotels.com. I didn't read the fine print, so that was on me. However, I will be sure I know the refund policy prior to my next booking at Hotel.com. Be cautious, be very cautious.
No maid service, kitchen is not stocked, they should mention that on their website! It was clean and presentable however.
Best value in the area.

The furniture needed upgrading, but everything was clean and worked.
Needs service attention and renovation... The hotel needs renovation, halls needed vacuum, no one was in the front desk for check in, until I had to call aloud for attention. The room we got was supposed to be a "non smoking room" but it smelled totally like a smoker room, we had to open the windows, turn on the fan to max and still the smell was intense. No coffee maker and no utensils in the room (you have to pick it up), not breakfast included (as advertised). Will not be back here.
