The front desk staff were never available. There was a phone in the lobby that you could use to contact them and then they would lift up the roll gate to assist begrudgingly. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor tile and on side of the shower. Then to add insult to injury they have not yet released the hold placed upon my credit card and we checked out 4 days ago.

They gave me a key to a room someone was already staying in. I legitimately thought we were going to be shot or beat up by the person whose room we unknowingly entered as he was very upset.

No one was at the front desk even though it said after hours check in. Unable to even check in. Want a refund. Will get a refund.

Nothing is unique, staff was rude on the day of leaving, asked for one hour late check out , she responded rudely no you are not allowed , need to leave the room. However when I arrived I had to wait for staff to give me my keys, you need to call the desk in order for someone come, I needed to wait for 10 min . Also on the evening when I needed their assistance the receptionist has left for dinner break , but is not covered by someone else. There is a $200 deposit free on top of your purchase of the room. Room is really nice just bed isn’t stable 😉

The upper room make lots of noise during night time. Seems like they are jumping or playing basketball

The property smells! The whole places is very dirty. There was a coca roach in my toilet! We left about 5 mins after check out! I will never ever step foot on any of these properties
