I stayed on the third floor and looks like there’s construction on the 4th, and they worked until 11 pm,
Room smelled like smoke, counter tops were sticky to the touch, no toiletries in the bathroom. Shower looked dirty. Will never stay here again. For $120 a night felt like at least I should get a clean room.
We waited in the lobby continuously calling the number on the desk because she was the only one working, which was not her fault. We found 3 dead roaches in our room, the sheets were dirty. We requested new ones and changed them ourselves because the person at the front desk let us know she was the only one there and it would be a little bit, again not her fault. The property was good. Just that the fire alarm went off at 4:30 and could not go back to sleep.
Horrible experience, check in time was supposed to be at3:00 PM, actuall check in time was 6:30 because room was not clean on time. According g to manager they weee short on staff. Request to have more pillows, but told “You have to come and pick them at the front. office. And at 3am fire alarm goes off. Crazy person yelling there was a fire. Firefighters came to hotel and clear the code. . Over all just a horrible experience. Will never stay there again.
Hello it was a Disappoinment staying there it looks really nice in the out side but the ROOM WE'RE I STAYED WAS DIRTY THE BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY LIKE WITH DUST I DONT KNOW BUT WINT STAY THERE AGAIN
I had to leave within the first 3 hrs of my arrival. The place smelled so bad and as I layer down on my pillow the odor was unfathomable. As I left there was no one in the service desk for me to communicate. I called them after and they talked about refunding me my stay. Never heard back from them
Please do not sell this property as a hotel this is lace a place for drogadicta and alcoholism
