They didn’t allow what so ever early check in. The receptionist was rude. When I called guess service again another one let me wait in the lobby till 3pm. Once check in they kept changing my room due to over booking and spent more than 20mins.
It was ok, but we found a big water bug in the bathroom crawling around!!
Never ever stay at woodspring Arrived at 1:45 pm front window was closed. We pushed the ring botton girl answered. I said we are checking in, her reply was check in is at 3:00 pm. I said we were going to a wedding rehearsal at 3. Her reply was check in is 3. My reply was I heard you the first time so we left to go to the rehearsal. It was advertised "SMOKE FREE" property, yet the smell of POT permeated the premises. My tv remote didn't work, the microwave wouldn't turn on, the FIRE ALARM went off mid-day on my 2nd day. The elevator was blocked off. I am handicap & was on the 3RD FLOOR. I wasn't given the WiFi password,nor was I notified of the mandatory $200 DEPOSIT. I will NOT RETURN
Do not stay here! Worst experience ever! All the reviews are true. This looks like a nice hotel from the outside but once you get inside it’s a nightmare. There was no one at the check-in area so I waited 20 minutes and once I was checked in, my room key didn’t work. So I went back to the front and the lady working was gone again. Looked outside and she was just chit chatting while there was a line of people waiting. Got sent back a few times with keys and none worked so I was given another room. DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in at June 13th at 1 am. The lady at the front desk could not check us in. Woodspring Suites refuses to give me a refund.
