Room was dirty and sticky floors. Behind the bathroom toilet was dirty and on the ceiling of the shower. Hair that wasn’t mine was on the comforter

Not a Real Extended Stay Definitely not the Extended Stay America experience I had at previous locations. This place is ran by New adults with no work experience. They were rude and unprofessional. The housekeeper chatted profanities on the phone as she cleaned the rooms, the girl that checked us in was rude and they didn’t check reservations before walking in. The room was dirty and dusty. Had to pay early check in fee for a dirty room. The trash can hasn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. Bathroom smelled like urine.... read more

Room reservation issues and roaches in the room We checked in around 1:30 am and they were not going to honor our reservation because it was check is between 3pm and midnight. But because I had already paid for the room they were able to honor it. The staff was very nice friendly and great customer service….. but they were very close to not giving us our room…. And we are a family of 5…and there where roaches in the room.look are deceiving because on hotels.com the hotel and the rooms looked very nice and clean and simple.
