Toenails on the floor Room had not been vacuumed found several large toenail clippings

Staff was not helpful. We had to check out early due to an emergency. They advised us since it was done through Expedia that they couldn’t help me until Expedia reached out for the refund process. Expedia contacted us and said that the hotel property was not responding. Then after quite some time they did respond with a refund request of 103 and some change. I got there at 1:00 in the morning and my reservation was canceled they don't let me go in the charge me and I got to go somewhere else that's no good I need my money back

staff was great. actual facility not so much. was given a room that strongly smelled of cig smoke.

Don’t waste your money! The hotel smelled, there was pee on the toilet and on the floor of the toilet. The “breakfast”, which should be called snacks, consisted of a granola bar and coffee. The beds where very uncomfortable.

Overbooked and Forced to Sleep in our Car My friend and I did not actually stay at the hotel, as we were turned away at check in, with the excuse that the hotel was “overbooked”. This after I called earlier that night (9:15 pm) to add my friend to the reservation, make payment and get assurance that our room would be available, even if we didn’t get there until after midnight. Never stay again It’s barely above Motel 6 range. Had stayed at an Extended Stay before and thought it would be fine but it wasn’t. I asked for extra pillows 3x due to a torn rotator and never got them. The elevator door never closed properly and buzzed every trip. Nothing for the so called “free breakfast”. Nothing. Various noises throughout the night and the front desk seemed inconvenienced anytime we asked anything
