Perfect place for an economy stay. The room is pretty good, the corridors are not that great. Internet Connect(Wifi) is excellent.

OK from the outside It was clean enough and conveniently located off of the freeway, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and it took forever for them to confirm my reservation through hotels.com. After I called hotels.com to report the problem it only took minutes to get our room key. When we opened the door to our room we were surprised to find ladders, light fixtures on the bed, and various parts laying around. When we finally got a new room, I felt like I was in a Motel 6. extended stay america - hilltop For the money, this was a reasonable place to stay. It had free parking. It is close to a large mall. Although Richmond is supposedly a rough area, the area around the hotel was fine. The hotel is not fancy or new but was fine for a short stay at a good price. Check in and check out was quick.

close to freeway friendly and not nosey i made a reservation for a signature room and ended up with a standard. but other than that i was very pleased with my overall stay.

Needs work This hotel gave me a non-smoking room as requested, but the room was clearly a smoking room and reeked of smoke. There were cigarete burns on the counters. I suffered a severe allegic reaction to the smoke in the room. Also this hotel needs to shampoo hallway carpets and agressively address odors in the hallways. The foul odors in the hotel made it a very unpleasant experience.
