Great stay When I first arrived the air conditioner was broken and I was very hot in the hotel, I'm just used to living in a cold room Even though the hotel was booked they found me a room I was quite pleased They don't have much of a breakfast so I'd say don't plan on eating just that unless you eat like a bird lol otherwise the room was a great size we got a full kitchen and fridge which was nice I will be staying at Extended stays more often now

Short but sweet stay I thoroughly enjoyed my short albeit wonderful stay here in Richmond. Great room and spacious too. Loved the customer service support ad well.

On my way to Sausilito We got there about eleven at night. The hotel was next to a mall so we circled the property for about 45 minutes. The lady who checked us in was pleasent, but she did not know the roads system. We were going fishing and a couple missed turns almost cost a ride under the Golden Gate. Maybe the front desk could print up map quest for the hotel guest upon request.

Rooms are fine, maid is not The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The room was in decent condition but when the bathroom is dirty it make you wonder what else wasn't cleaned.

pretty good hotel this hotel is pretty good and i will deff stay again just would seguest better pillows the ones i got this time hurt cause the fetters would stick out other then that everything was good. i will be coming to stay soon.

Ms. Business It was ok in general. However, the either the room or the towels smelled smoke and I have indicated that I wanted non-smoking room. Second, there is no breakfast but they list on line that they provide breakfast. There were few oranges and apples that looked old (not fresh at all) and few muffins, and coffee. That is about it. To me, that was not breakfast. There was no milk, no juice, no cereal, no eggs, nothing that I can call breakfast.
