GREAT LOCATION EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BUT THE REFRIGERATOR ROARED ALL NIGHT LONG WHEN IT WAS RUNNING.

The Staff was GREAT! My partner and I have a long distance relationship and get together on the weekends. We look for a place that is reasonable and comfortable with the amenities of "home". For the most part we received that during our stay. I think the television was the biggest disappointment; it was very small and had no way to hook up our dvd player. That would be the only thing to keep us from going back. The best part of our stay was the staff. They are very friendly and helpful!

Extended Stay - Richmond Staff was easy going and had no trouble checking in or while staying there. Everyone leaves you alone. Location was great. Lots of restaurants down the street. A small mall actually and it was a bonus that Wal-Mart was conveniently located down the street as well. It's not a four star hotel so I didn't expect much. The TV & sheets could have been more updated, but didn't spend much time in anyway. Just needed a place to crash. Overall, good experience.
