My room here was really clean
The hotel room was good but children above in another room made lots of noise

We had a pet friendly room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.The staff was helpful and friendly.

I have stayed here many times and the hotel staff is very nice. My room is always clean
This hotel is clean and quiet compared to some of the other ones I stayed at in Richmond, I will definitely come back!

Pleasant Stay ! At first they couldn't find my reservation but then the guy was able to find it. The customer service was great and it was overall a pleasant stay
