It was fine although $129/ night should buy me more in Richmond VA!

My room didn't have a working shower, but otherwise everything was good.

Best Extended Stay Ever. I like to stay at Extended Stay Hotels because that have a kitchen. I have stayed at several Extended Stays in Richmond. This one was by far the best. My stay was peaceful and quiet. The room was very cozy and clean. I really enjoyed the set up of the room. It felt like I was staying in someone's home, rather that a hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will be definitely be staying again.

The hotel location and the room itself were great! However, there are a few areas for improvement. Check in was fast and easy but after that, I rarely saw anyone at the front desk. I went by several times but no one was there. Other guests were also baffled by no one being there. Additionally, I expected a few more options other than coffee and breakfast granola bars at breakfast.
