I checked in very late and had to call To have someone check me in. The room Was clean and comfortable

Cigarette smoke smelling for a smoke free hotel It looks nice from the outside and it has a very musty and cigarette smoke smell to the hotel. The lock on the interior of the door was partially broken. There were children running in the halls and the walls were very paper thin and could here the people next door over the TV. The location is convenient, but I’m not sure I would stay there again.

Home away From Home I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the room felt like home the women at the front desk was pleasant and nice except one when i asked a question she just ignored me but it was cool the other women was nice

First timers! We had never stayed in an Extended Stay before. We chose it because it was close to my mom's apartment, we had a dog with us, and the price was reasonable. The front desk folks were very helpful and friendly the day we arrived. Having never stayed at and Extended Stay before we really didn't know what to expect. We were able to request a toaster, coffee maker and dishes and eating utensils to use while we were there.
