I was quite stunned by the condition and filth of the room/bathroom/kitchen area. Never again hotels.com.

Terrible smell & cleanliness :( I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I walked into the office to check in and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The "free breakfast" is nothing but a box of donuts that were probably bought at the convenient store next door. Once I got to my room, I was horrified by the smell of tuna fish mixed with old cigarettes. There was loose dirt and stains all over the bed linens. It looked like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. I honestly would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Spend a little more and get a better room The area was noisy, and very disapppointed in the quality of this extended stay.

phone in room do not work. no front desk the phone in the room do not work. Check in a 1030 and was not gave the password to the wifi. Then when to the office and the close a 1100. Could not find everybody to talk to. So I call the hotel number it was a record to call back or if you had a emergency press 3. This was not a emergency. My son and I were going to the nascar race. So I stop at the hotel to check in they would not check in to 300. They said the would be there to check in after the race. If we had not leave early w... read more

you get what you pay for... well, almost Rooms were "clean", but old. Brown tile grout, worn out carpet and old kitchette. Found a roach in the bathroom. The free wi-fi was too weak to work in our room. the location was fine as long as you have a car (which we did not).There are no sidewalks on most streets, or even crosswalks at the lights. Getting to a restaurant on foot requires running across 6 lanes of traffic (flailing your arms and screaming helps). We were very happy to check-out the next morning.

Ruined our trip! The hotel didn't have the room we booked. So, they gave us 2 rooms with 1 bed in each. I have 2 young daughters, who I guess they expected us to allow to sleep in a room down the hall, with police activity happening on the same floor and the room door opening to the outside! We ended up staying in 1 room. I allowed my daughters to have the bed, I slept on the floor and my husband on the recliner. This hotel ruined our trip.

not satisfied at all we found old magazines under the bed. toilet bowl was dirty. suspicious people with pitbull dogs in front of the hotel when we arrived.for check in.I wouldn't recommend it

old worn property seems to be the original property now replaced by a more modern adjacent property; very worn with very worn furnishings; stove needed more through cleaning; met two roaches while there; continental breakfast was minimal; one worn luggage cart that was never returned by guests to its location; comfortable bed; upgraded tv; adequate bathroom; leaking bathroom faucet; accessible location; okay for the price' friendly staff
