Need cleaning Bed sheets smelled like cigar, luttle stove had crumbles of food and wasnt even ready to use electric burners were set on the side like they were about to clean it but didnt and you could see that.

The toilet overflowed,bugs in the bathroom.It was terrible experience.

disappointed even for low end suite it took about 25 min to check in, and there was no one in front of me. slow confused staff, computer issues, and who knows. also this was supposed to be a suite, yet there were no cups, dishes or utensils in the cabinets. room was old worn, with poor repairs and smoke detecter "hanging" from ceiling. It is my last stay, and would never do an Extended stay here.

Overpriced facility yet great location The place where I stayed is a motel, not a hotel. Extended Stay America has 2 buildings: a nice Hotel & low quality motel across the street from each other. What looked like balconies in the pictures online were outside walkways. Windows curtains had to kept closed all the time if you wanted privacy. Room rugs were worn & torn. The "free breakfast" was grab & go, from 6a--9:30a. It was advertised in small print in a room info booklet. I missed it on sat. But the desk clerk was very nice... read more

wouldn't stay again. Really nothing good to be said about the place.. except that may be it was good at being a lousy place to stay.

You get what you pay for I would not stay here again. I would pay the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel. The condition of the room was poor (although it did appear clean). Also, there was a slight smell of raw sewage in the bathroom.

Not what I was expecting... They take a Real Good picture of the "Hotel"....it's more of a Upgraded Motel....New Extended Stay right across the parking lot....I was by myself for 1 night so was "Ok", but don't recommend if going with someone or for more than 1 night. Had a stove and Fridge which was ok, but if I had a choice, would stay somewhere else, or would have chosen the newer Hotel.

4 Star Hotel - I Don't Think so!!! Extended Stay America - Richmond - W Broad St-Glenside-South. This hotel was so extremely disappointing!!! The carpet was filthy - extremely stained, and the place just didn't feel, smell or look clean. The faucet in the tub pulled out from the wall. Talking with someone at Expedia, they told me this hotel was rated 4 stars. I would rate it maybe 1 1/2!!! I moved to the Extended Stay America - Richmond - W.
