They sent me to 3 different hotels before they had a room vacant for my son and I to stay in....the shower didn't work to good at all...not a good hotel experience! !!!!

Avoid this place! Took 45 mins to check in because overnight clerk had clearly fallen asleep. When we told him how long it took and that the man from the hotel next door was trying to help us wake him, clerk became very confrontational. We then received a call at 930am that we had to check out in 15 mins, or we would be forced to stay until 12 to let the paint dry on the sidewalk outside our room. Couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Very uncomfortable experience I did not have a great experience at all. I arrived around 1:30am and the first room I received did not seem like it had been cleaned at all, there was dirt and grass everywhere. I went into the bathroom and there was a large puddle of water from where the toilet was leaking. I went out and let the guest services agent know and after about a 20 minute wait, he found me another room. This room was ok, it smelled awful but I didn't have another choice at 2am. Never Again This place was very scary. Filthy too. We didn't get to our room until late evening and there were some shady people hanging out under the stairwells smoking more than just cigarettes. A nasty prostitute made me a very generous offer though, so I guess that was good, but I declined. It appeared as though she may have been using my room for her business though. Unhappy I was very unhappy with my stay. I did not get the room I reserved, and paid 119.43$ for, which was a double queen since there were 4 of us. Instead the drunk employee gave me a single and charged me 73$. He stated he could not find my reservation and at first told me to go to a different hotel. So basically I paid twice for a room that was way too small. I would like to be refunded the 119.45 I paid for the first room that I was not allowed to stay in. Thanks Mark Carey

Booked a room thru hotel.com when i arrived at the location they was over booked stay on the phone with hotel.com customer service for over a hour to receive a refund had to sleep in the car with my family an all i received was a 40 dollar voucher worst service ever

Never again First Extended Stay I've been to that was not stocked with coffee pot, dishes, pans, utensils. When I asked for a coffee pot I was given a filthy one, not just the pot was filthy but the whole maker was covered with crud. Three different pillows on the bed, none of which I would have on my bed. Was promised ashtrays would be brought up to the smoking room I reserved, no ashtrays after a three day stay. Far from clean. Even the lobby looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months.
