Bad night stay Room had a stale odor. Toilet flushed slowly. Tub backed up wwith water. Staff was not friendly or accommodating.

The room was small and the comforter on the bed was dirty. It is in a good neighborhood and is easy to get around.

Unappealing I did not know it was a motel until I pulled up. There wasn't a lobby and the office was only staffed between 7 am and 11 pm which madee uncomfortable since I am a woman traveling alone. The continental breakfast was dismal. There wasn't any juice or milk. There was mold in the shower by the faucet.

Noisy This hotel was very noisy and amenities were substandard. Too many people hanging outside at night and the above room had too many footsteps.

Bad Experience. The first night my wife asked for an extra pillow. The desk clerk said she would check her inventory and call us. We never heard from her. We decided to stay another night and the room had roach carcasses on the floor in the kitchenette area and bathroom. I stayed in this location before. Wasn't too happy this time. Overall bad service. I'm a business traveler. Plus I'm traveling from California to New York in September by car for vacation. Should I use your hotel? You tell me based on my last experience.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE! This is really a three story MOTEL, not hotel. 70's era. Doors open to outside parking lot. Rooms are dingey, old and even the "non-smoking" rooms smell like old cigarette smoke.

A very disappointing experience. I was staying in Richmond for a business training. When I arrived at the checkin the office staff was nice and friendly. But the office was nothing more than what seemed to be a converted hotel room. It was dingy and smelled strange. There were guests of the hotel hanging out in the parking areas in lawn chairs, smoking and drinking. If this was a family trip rather than a business trip... I would not have even checked in. Yuck Saw 2 roaches in bath, along with hair in the shower drain. Went to office for coffee but both urns were empty.

Bad Choice Our stay was HORRIBLE. The toilet overflowed, the room was not what was pictured on the sight and looked dirty. People live there. I do not recommend this place for anyone. It took us 5 minutes to get our room key to open the door and it was 20 degrees outside. We had an infant with us which made it worse. Do not stay there!!!!
