Great value Fabric staff, helpful and prompt
We loved the room layout. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the employees were very helpful and very personable. However, the place had a bad odor, possibly from people cooking in their rooms. The cleaning products they used also had a weird strong smell. Overall it was an OK place to stay and certainly no bad enough for us to leave. It had a lot of construction workers staying there and we were there for Mayo Clinic so we would probably not stay there again due to the noise level of other guests. Good nightly rates too.

Location was ok , room could use aLOT of work. -Broken remote Chanel’s were not clear on tv Door handle was broken and hard to secure/open Toilet barely flushed , no coffee in room
