The staff waa very nice and down to earth property was clean

This was probably the quieter place we have ever stayed. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

A very clean, well kept hotel for a longer stay. It is an excellent value for a good hotel.

Okay accommodations but extremely rude staff! When you travel with dogs you know your options will be limited and you won’t always find higher end lodging which we accept. This location was just average. The room was okay but could use a deep clean and a better mattress. My biggest complaint with the hotel is their staff. Kathleen checked us in and she was downright rude. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such rudeness in Minnesota. Outdated rooms, weird musty smell upon entry, water leaking in elevator, cold breeze constantly coming from heat/ac unit, very hard bed, thin bedding with no extra blanket. I'll try a different hotel on my next stay in Rochester.
