Friendly Hotel Staff is the only redeeming quality The staff was super nice and responsive. They are a definite asset to this place. The cost was reasonable. However, we actually ended up cutting our stay short to move to another nearby hotel with better rooms and amenities. This place has no pool or hot tub, only 1 chair in the room so the only other option to sit in the room is on the bed. And you have to ask the staff for absolutely everything. Hangers for the closet? Great value Fabric staff, helpful and prompt
We loved the room layout. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the employees were very helpful and very personable. However, the place had a bad odor, possibly from people cooking in their rooms. The cleaning products they used also had a weird strong smell. Overall it was an OK place to stay and certainly no bad enough for us to leave. It had a lot of construction workers staying there and we were there for Mayo Clinic so we would probably not stay there again due to the noise level of other guests. Good nightly rates too.
