The room was dusty everywhere. There was not even a plastic cup in the room.

The breakfast was marginal and nowhere to sit. The recliner did not work.

Overall I would say you get more than you pay for at this hotel. Reasonable prices, it was quiet and clean.

Fairly close to Mayo. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins, or oatmeal - which is great if you are trying to carboload. The rooms look like leftovers from the early 90s, fridges starting to rust, old school heating element for a stove, horrendous fluorescent lighting, etc. It gets the job done, but know what you're getting into
