Second stay here Very well satisfied overall, despite lack of smoking room when we arrived.
Extended Stay America, north Rochester -- great! Fantastic value: you get a lot for the little you pay. I get the sense that Extended Stay America has a devotion to customer satisfaction, and that they permeate their employees with this attitude. On this particular stay, the girl at the front desk was very accommodating, helping me and my friend out when we realized we had booked the wrong day. No question about it: I would prefer to stay in an Extended Stay America any time there is one at my destination.
Rochester visit Location convenient to shopping. Pleasant staff. Nothing fancy but room was quiet and comfortable. Areas for smoking rooms and pets were properly isolated so non-smoking room was fresh and clean. Nicely equipped kitchenette. Would stay again. Price was reasonable.
Extended Stay Good value for the price.
It was OK, better than many For the money this hotel lived up to its ratings by other guests. Our room was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and ready to help. Too bad the jackets provided to the desk workers look more like something the cleaning staff would wear rather than those in customer service. All in all this hotel is all right.
Very comfortable stay We were very pleased with everything about this hotel! It was our second stay there and we recommend it very highly.
