Extended Stay North, Rochester, MN I've stayed at this hotel and I like the full refrigerator and the cook-top stove. If you are staying for more than one day...stay here. It's worth the money if you are planning a extended stay and have medical appointments that take more than one day. The beds aren't the greatest for comfort unless you like a hard bed. The rooms are spacious. The hall carpets could use some cleaning or be replaced. You only have housekeeping if you stay more that a week, so be ready to exchange your linens... read more

Cheap & Easy I have stayed here 2 - 4 times a year, every time I am in Rochester, for the past 4 years and have never had an issue. I only wish they had an outdoor pool.......

my stay at esa rochester north This place was very clean, had a skeleton crew, but didn't affect its cleanliness and comfort. Great if staying a while because it had a kitchenette. No exercise room, no pool, no breakfast, but quiet, clean and comfortable.

OK, but minimal services Compared to other hotels, this was the cheapest, and of course it was a suite. Since this consisted ENTIRELY of suites, I shouldn't have been surprised that there are virtually no centrally provided services, such as complimentary breakfast, free coffee in lobby, central game room, or even lobby rest room. $4.99 one time fee for internet service is fair. My experience Overall, Extended stay provided me with everything I needed. I would suggest that they remove the carpet from the common areas & replace with tile. The carpet coming out of the elevator & in the halls were pretty stained up. I had requested a smoking room but was put in a non-smoking room on the smoking floor. After 2 nights, they moved me to a smoking room. The inital room's pillows were lumpy but the second room's pillows were just fine.
