No Accomodation; No concern I had a bad experience and won't be staying at Legacy Suites Rock Hill SC again and will tell others to avoid it. The hotel is located right next to I-77 and the truck noise is horrible making it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk agent, Angel, to please change me to a room as far away from the interstate as you can get. She told me that the manager, DJ Anderson, doesn't do that but she would ask him. Meant for extended stay? The front desk was not very friendly. There's no breakfast included. The toilet clogs easily, since they leave a plunger in the room.

Spartan, institutionalized setting The positives first: it is clean - clean white sheets, clean white walls, clean institutional (hospital room, prison) bathroom. Second, it also cheap, very cheap. Now, the negatives: nothing about it is the least bit comfortable. Second, the staff is incompetent. Waited for 10 minutes, while the front desk tried to check in the elderly gentleman in front of me. She literally gave up on him to try to check me in. 15 minutes later, I was checked in. Mehhh. Severely understaffed. Arrived and no one showed up to the front desk for 10 minutes. Bags of trash left unattended by the elevator. The hotel is nestled by the highway and noise is constant. Nothing is within walking distance as the hotel is at a dead end of a road.

Dirty Room When we first arrived the front desk was rude and acted like we were bothering her. She gave us our room number and key and we take our stuff up to the room... a dirty room. Bed unmade, water on nightstand, dirty towels in bathroom floor. It was gross. I went back downstairs and told the young lady that our room had not been cleaned and she said she would put us in a new room. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!! I would never suggest anyone to stay here! We stayed here one night after staying in hotels after hotels in Rock Hill,SC for over a year. We decided to try this hotel after suggested by a friend that stayed here one night because it was a new Hotel opening. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!! Associates are unprofessional and rude!
