Property was dirty. Staff was too busy talking amongst themselves and on their phones to check in myself and another couple.

need help to make it better hotel customer service was so bad, I did questions about checking in and out, service and more and answers always was No we can not!, also my lights in my bathroom did not work so when I asked them they told me no rooms available so they can fix it next day however I check out next day! really....

its never good when the staff barges in the room claiming if im checkedin or not . totally unproffesional

No items available to make coffee, or tea, no glasses or pans , no instructions on using tv, or programming it..no breakfast in the morning very disappointing.

That the over sold by 5 rooms and didnt offer to help me find a place to stay at 2 am

Stay? What stay? No room at the inn After making a reservation earlier (after 6pm) I arrived at 11p and was told no rooms were available because they were short staffed and no clean rooms. Really? But they still took my reservation. No call - no email - no nothing. I had to rush to find a room after driving all day. Thanks a lot ! No help was offered to find another room in the area - just an “I’m sorry” I then had to call Hotels.con for a refund. Il a fallu attendre 10 minutes pour voir quelqu'un a la reception. Par la suite on nous assigne une chambre non nettoyee. Nous donne une autre chambre, seul les draps du lit ont ete change, salle de bains malpropre. Tres decu de mon experience

Worst stay ever This was one of the worst stays I ever had parking was Horrible staff was very unfriendly told me to park quarter-mile away because the parking lot is full you’re right next to the interstate so if you want to good night sleep you can’t get it at this hotel would not recommend this to anybody
