Terrible service, would not clean my room and I had to go and request fresh towels. Do not recommend!!!!!

Well they tried... Let me start off by saying the staff was very kind and tried to help when they could, but I think they are just having issues switching over to Extended Stay. First, they wouldn’t let me check in at 1 am and told me I would have to get a new reservation (even though online it says late check in is allowed). I’m still waiting to see if they charge me for two nights even though we stayed there for literally 10 hours. Not as nice as the reviews before ownership change The facilities are nice but it took much longer than it should have to check in. "Breakfast" was small packaged muffins and granola bars. The place must have just changed hands. I am sure it would be fine for an extended stay when a kitchen is needed but not so good for a one or two night stop.

I checked in and was given a room key. I went to the room and it didn't work so I returned to the desk. They gave me a new kay and when I went to open the room, I found it had people in it already! Very embarrassing (and dangerous) to walk in on someone! The clerk said there was not suppose to be anyone in there. I told her that the computer was wrong. Noisy It’s 12:30 at night and I can hear a loud TV(?) coming from the hallway and the people above us are stomping around more than you would reasonably expect in a hotel room. I can only guess they are preparing for their gymnastics routine tomorrow. I have not experienced this level of noise in hotel rooms previously and expected more from a place rated 4+ stars.

Bring Ear Plugs This was easily one of the noisiest motels I have ever stayed at. I was on the fourth floor facing the interstate and thank goodness I brought ear plugs. When I arrived there were not towels in the room and the front desk told me that if I wanted some I would need to come down and get them. I would never stay there again for any reason.

Bring your own toilet paper. Hotel was fully booked & they had no toilet paper. How does that even happen?

LADY BUGS The hotel was nice BUT THE ROOMS HAVE lady bugs Everywhere . I had to get my room changed . And the second room still had lady bugs . It was disgusting it would’ve been nice to be notified that the hotel has lady bugs bc the staff were very aware and said they’ve been had that problem
